Staff are knowledgeable and have a wonderful bedside manner. Saying this as someone who has had numerous pets treated and had to have an old boy put down. Elsabe, Michelle and Riette - your love of animals carries through into everything you do - keep it up ladies!

The staff and vets are amazing. They do indeed love all the animals that come through their doors with love and care. The advice on after treatment care given had showed me that they do have the best interest of your pet at heart. Even though they close at 17h00, they will wait for you if you call and notify them that you are on your way. Very professional staff.
